Oh great, I hope you liked our last blog in which we explained what is self esteem and how it is important for you?
And as we promised you, we are sharing the full process of developing self esteem.
Self-esteem means feeling good about yourself.
So, here are the main three step to develop self esteem.
1. Forgive yourself :
- No one is perfect in this world and this is perfect.
- We all make mistakes and this is normal.
- You also made mistakes in past and you will make some mistakes in future.
- So it doesn't mean that you don't know anything and you are only making mistakes.... No!!!
- In fact, if you are making mistakes that means you are trying something new. And that's great.
- So, I want tell you that if someone want to forgive you or not, but you must have to forgive yourself for making some silly mistakes.
- For that, You should try these kind of affirmations. Say these to yourself every morning.
- I am a human made by God.
- I believe in myself.
- I forgive me for making some mistakes.
- I love myself & I'm a happy soul.
2. Accept yourself :
- After forgiving yourself, you must have to accept your self.
- Accept yourself as you are. Accept yourself according to your mindset, not according to society.
- If you are healthy, if your dark, if your short or if you are tall, It can't decide your worth.
- Only you can decide your worth.
- So, accept yourself as you are and improve yourself as you want to be..!!!
- Don't think to much about the society. It's your life and the universe give it to you, not to the society. So accept it with joy and live it with lots of happiness.😇
3. Take care of yourself :
- After forgiving & accepting yourself, you need to take care of yourself.
- You are the first & only one who can take care of yourself. No one is going to do this for you.
- Yes, your loved ones will do it for you but only you can do it better.
- Because, it's yourself. You know better that..
- what can make you happy ?
- what can make you relax ?
- So, Do that kind of things & give rewards to your self.
- Give some time to yourself.
- Do some activities which can actually make you happy.
- Spend some time with people who can make you smile.
After following these 3 step, you'll realize that you were not so wrong in many incident. But, still you were feeling guilty. Because you don't have enough self esteem.
After following these 3 step, you'll feel that your self confidence is increasing. You can do work more confidently and most important the problem of OVERTHINKING will decrease day by day.
