1. Accept yourself & go easy on yourself : 


Accept your self that you are  a normal and a common human being and you can not do everything.

And, it's okay to do mistakes..


Stop blaming yourself for everything.

 

Accept that you can't make everyone happy and its not your duty to do everything for everyone. And, its okay! 


This will help you to overcome your stress and guilt as well as it will help you to reduce overthinking .


 2. Slow down : 


Sometimes, it is very important and necessary to slow down. It's not good to be always in hurry. Have some patience. CHILL! 


Here is a tip : Break down your big tasks in small pieces.. For example.. Don’t try to read everything in a day…but devide chapter and read daily.


 3. Give time to yourself : 

       

This is a very effective technique. Nowadays, we all are so busy in either  in making  career or family or in jobs that we don’t have time for ourselves. But now, for controlling the stress you have to give time to yourself !! 


Give time to yourself to do the things which you love. Spend time do something everyday that makes you feel good, make time for your hobbies. 


Relax your self and do things like 

  • Dance
  • Singing
  • Reading
  • Sports
  • Listing music
  • Writing something


Here is a tip : Spend few minutes for daily affirmations… Stand in front of mirror and repeat following affirmation or create your own.

 4. Stop thinking to much : 


One of the biggest reason for stress is overthinking. We all do overthink about past and future. And forget living our present and then feel stressed and tensed.


So, in this technique.. You need to forget all mistakes and wrong decisions which you have made in past. Because


Your past is not reflection of your future.


And, you have to stop worrying about your future because you can't do anything about future. You can just work for your dreams.


So, now stop thinking and start doing. And, it will help you to feel lite and it will overcome your stress.


 5. Try to share your problems: 


This is something which is difficult but not impossible. Because, if you share your problems to your dear ones then they will definitely help you to get out of that problem.


And, if you don’t share your problems with anyone then you will be more confused and feel more stressed.


So, it's good to share your problems with your family or your friend. Because, they really love you and they really care for you. 


Express yourself & what you feel..
