How successful people are different than others?

Successful people are not more intelligent than others. They invested their time & energy in important things. But, others wasted their time in unnecessary things & chilling only.

Best thing to do for being more productive...

Do this activity:

 WRITE YOUR DREAMS DAILY

Write your 10 dreams or goal you want for achieve till next year.

We knew that writing goals is very best thing to do. But, here use 3P to write goals.

 3P technique :

1. Positive :

You're goal should be in positive statement. You should not write.

I don't get agree. Instead of this, you should write, I am too calm.

Don't write...

  • I will not be distracted from my goal.
  • I am not sad.
  • I don't lie.

Do write..

  • I am focused.
  • I am happy.
  • I stand for truth.

2. Present :

Your goal should be in present tense. Like, you're living that moment right now.

As we saw before, your goal should be start from I am..

  • I am calm.
  • I am confident.
  • I get job in IIM this year.
  • I lose 5 kg weight in this month.

3. Personal :

Your goals should be personal.

You have to complete your dreams.

Don't include someone's goals in your list.

You have to write only “ I ”.

Rewrite those goals at night before going to bed & in the morning when you wake up.

Once you decide your goal, start working. The more you write it, the more your mind will accept it easily. It will create mind image in your sub-concious mind like you have been experiencing those goals which you've written.

 4 things to remember :

There are four parts of seeing the mind image of your goals!

  1. How many times?
  2. How long?
  3. How clearly?
  4. How deeply?

1. How many times?

How many times should you rewrite your goals or.. How many times should you imagine your goals ?

Author of book "Goals", Brian Tracy says that.. You should write/imagine your goal at least once in the year. Next year, when you see that list, many of them, you have achieved. But, instead of this, if you start writing or observing  or imagining your goals monthly, weekly or daily.. How much impact it can make!

So, you should see the mind image daily of your goals.

2. How long?

How long your goal should be? You can write or imagine goals for short term as well as long term. But, in short team, you can achieve more productivity level. So, best advice is to write your goal for one year long. In the end of this year, what do you want to achieve?

3. How clearly?

You have to write or imagine your goals clearly. If you want to buy a car, don't write I purchase a car. Write - I purchase (car name) car in year of (particular year). Write your dreams clearly as much you can. It makes more possibilities to get that particular goal in that particular time.

4. How deeply?

How deeply can you connect your goals with your emotions? We are social animals, we have lots of emotions with different things. If you want to get your goal, link it with your emotions. Our emotions have are more powerful. So, add your emotions in your goals to make it easier to achieve.
